Practice rules and known gaps
The development site has only made-up records. The line under each page title reads “sandbox · Authenticated workspace.”

What you can do
Read timesheets, check how the app uses the values, and follow prepared examples. Try practice drafts and files where the app allows it. Saved changes stay in the app; closing your browser does not undo them.
What not to do
- Do not send practice bills to clients or accounts payable.
- Do not enter them in live QuickBooks.
- Do not invent rates, PO approvals or signatures to clear a hold.
- Ask Ben or Bill before changing shared settings or resetting records.
Use only test actions marked as simulations for delivery and returns. A test return is not a real client signature. Corrections in Q-Team do not change Fulcrum.
Things we still need to check
| Area | What needs review |
|---|---|
| GTS | Real examples, rates and document rules are still needed. |
| Shared source rows | Several people on one Ground Crew entry are read as one entry per person with the same times. Other roles, and Capital or GTS timesheets, are held. Several activities on one span: Capital needs a reviewed reading; GTS is held. Do not split hours yourself. |
| Repeat imports | A count may include more than one capture of the same job. A correction is not carried to a newer import of the same timesheet. |
| Added people | A person added in review holds billing for that timesheet; billing cannot include them yet. |
| Practice rules | Test rates, layouts and funding limits are not client approval. |
| Other holds | Some source facts and billing rules are still missing. |
If a step stops you, note the reason and the rule you use today. Give feedback.
